      We normally ship all of my orders within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment, sometimes within the same day. Although rare, on occasion it may necessary to wait an additional day or two before shipping due to unforeseen situations. Most US shipments are shipped via the United States Post Office, with the following estimated delivery times:
      Priority Mail - 2-3 business days
      First Class Mail - 2-5 business days
      Media Mail - 6-10 business days

      Is My Package Insured Against Loss or Damage?

      Yes, all of your shipments are insured under a private carrier although your package will not show that it is insured on the label. If you receive a package that has been damaged or you suspect that it has been lost, please email us for a repair or replacement.

      Is My Purchase Guaranteed?

      We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, in fact we guarantee it. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. We will be happy to either exchange your item or have you return it to us for a refund. Refunds will be made once we receive the item back from you in new, unused condition.

      What Should I Do If There is A Problem With My Order?

      Orders from within the US can be tracked by using the Delivery Confirmation number that was emailed to you with our shipping notice. Just go to www.usps.com and enter your Delivery Confirmation number in the TRACK AND CONFIRM box.

      Do I Qualify for Free Shipping on My Order of $100 or More?

      Any order of $100 or more qualifies for Free Priority Mail Shipping within the US. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time. Offer good in the US only.
